DELIVERY TERMS

• Delivery charges are based on estimated round-trip mileage from ZIP code 94559 at the current IRS business mileage rate.
• Final delivery charges are calculated using the customer’s exact address.
• Bridge, express-lane, parking, and other required tolls or access fees are added at actual cost.
• These rates cover one delivery trip with the driver returning to 94559.
• Customer return to ZIP code 94559 is required unless equipment collection is purchased separately.
• Equipment collection is charged as an additional round trip using the same mileage-and-toll formula.
• All rentals and deliveries are subject to confirmation and availability.
